How much is a 40 ft sailing yacht?

A 40 ft sailing yacht is about 12.2 m long. Sailing yachts from 11 to 13 m (36–43 ft) have a median asking price of £74,500, and the middle half of the 3,366 we have observed ask £48,000–£108,000. Age, engines and equipment move a single boat's price further than length alone.
